PUBLIC RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

The duties expected for this position, amongst other are as follows:

• Develops and maintains relationships with media partners, tenants and external parties to explore potential partnerships, cross-promotional opportunities and collaborative programs that enhance MTA image and support A&P Income.
• Plan and execute PR and media activities, including press releases, media gatherings, press conferences, media visits, media engagement and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to strengthen MTA's brand image and maximize positive publicity.
• Coordinate advertising campaign execution, ensuring media placement, promotional materials and agreed deliverables are implemented properly and on schedule.
• Manage advertising accounts and tenant collaboration, including handling inquiries, proposals and campaign coordination.
• Prepare, monitor and submit reports covering Public Relation activities (media exposure, campaign result, social media engagement) and Advertising Account activities (such as advertising income and number of collaborative program) to the A&P Manager.
• Produces the right information about the event that creates brand awareness towards the event not only to public but also to the team and MTA staff.
• Performs incidental tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Public Relation / Communications / Advertising from reputable university.
• Minimal 5 years experience in the related field.
• Computer literate, good in English written and oral, good marketing & negotiation skill.
• Well groomed, detail oriented, good interpersonal skill.
• Highly motivated, good team player.
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
