As a Mental Health Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that promote mental health awareness, provide support services, and reduce stigma. Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate mental health programs, workshops, and outreach activities tailored to diverse community needs
• Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare providers, and volunteers to expand program reach and effectiveness
• Provide direct support and guidance to program participants, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and referrals
• Monitor program progress through data collection, reporting, and evaluation to measure impact and identify areas for improvement
• Advocate for mental health awareness by organizing campaigns, informational sessions, and community events
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant engagement, and feedback to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Stay informed about current mental health trends, best practices, and policy changes to continually enhance program quality

Experience

• Proven experience in mental health services, social work, counseling or related fields with a passion for community outreach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively and empathetically
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, partners, and community stakeholders
• Knowledge of mental health issues, resources, and referral pathways is highly desirable
• Experience in program development or project management is a plus
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering inclusive environments that promote mental well-being
