Position: Public Relationship Officer

Department: Administration / Corporate Relations

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relations with government departments, hospitals, clinics, and external agencies.
• Handle company documentation, approvals, licenses, and official correspondence.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for required permissions.
• Represent the company in meetings and official visits.
• Manage communication between company management and outside organizations.
• Ensure smooth processing of administrative and legal formalities.
• Maintain records of all official communications and approvals.
• Support management in public affairs and corporate image building.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local government procedures and documentation.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Professional behavior and presentation.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in pharma or healthcare sector preferred.

Salary:

Fixed Salary as per company standards.
