Public Relationship Officer

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote home nursing and healthcare services to potential clients and referral partners.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to generate referrals and business leads.
• Explain home care services, nursing packages, and available healthcare solutions to customers.
• Understand patient and family requirements and coordinate suitable services.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients, families, and referral sources to develop long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with nursing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Organize awareness programs, health camps, and promotional activities to increase service visibility.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral details, and other PR and marketing documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,750.00 per month
