Public Safety Capture Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Public Safety Capture Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive capture efforts for complex federal public safety opportunities, shaping strategy from early qualification through bid/no-bid decisions. The position partners closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and proposal teams to build competitive positioning and align solutions to mission needs. It is well suited for a strategic business development professional who understands government acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and the priorities of public safety and law enforcement organizations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,400 – $201,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify complex federal public safety opportunities
• Develop capture strategies and competitive positioning
• Engage customers and gather market intelligence to influence opportunities
• Lead capture activities through the opportunity lifecycle
• Establish bid/no-bid recommendations and coordinate capture reviews
• Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and alignment with customer objectives
• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in government business development or capture management
• Experience with complex federal public safety pursuits
• Knowledge of government acquisition processes and contract vehicles
• Strong understanding of public safety and law enforcement needs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience using AI-assisted business development tools
