Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Client Director to lead strategic growth across New Zealand's public sector market, with a focus on large-scale transformation opportunities including ERP, digital, data, cloud, cyber, and business transformation initiatives.

Based in Wellington, this senior leadership role will be responsible for originating, shaping, and securing complex multi-year transformation programmes.You will position Capgemini as a strategic transformation partner, lead high-value pursuits from qualification through to close, and mobilise local and global teams to deliver compelling solutions that meet client needs.

Profile description:

We're looking for a proven growth leader with extensive experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or systems integration sales.

• Demonstrated success selling complex transformation programmes within the New Zealand public sector.
• Strong track record building trusted CxO-level and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder pursuits involving long sales cycles and strategic investments.
• Deep understanding of government procurement, public sector operating environments, and transformation agendas.
• Exceptional communication, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and pursuit leadership skills.
• Experience within the New Zealand Defence Force, Defence sector, or related government security environments would be highly regarded.
