Public Spaces Attendant

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, corridors, elevators, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets, floors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned areas.
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other visible surfaces as needed.
• Maintain elevators, stairways, hallways, and entrances in a clean and presentable condition.
• Monitor public areas throughout the shift and address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper products, and other amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety hazards, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining meeting rooms, event spaces, and other areas as assigned.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest questions and requests.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked work cart and supply area.
• Follow all hotel cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Assist the housekeeping team with special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned by management.
