Public Welfare Coordinator

1. Position Overview

The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Program for Pregnant and Parenting Teens Population.

This role ensures smooth coordination of statewide program activities, compliance with state and federal requirements, and consistent communication with district leads, facility staff, and leadership.

2. Core Responsibilities

Program Coordination and Documentation

• Assist with PREP and Pregnant and Parenting Teens Population operations, including maintaining a master calendar of program events.
• Create program materials such as flyers, fact sheets, marketing materials, and informational documents.
• Collect, track, and follow up on monthly invoices and purchase orders; ensure all documentation is stored in designated P-drive folders.
• Support preparation of the and maintain dissemination materials required for Semi-Annual PREP and PMMS documentation.
• Assist with Census Reviews.

Meeting and Event Support

• Coordinate PREP and Pregnant and Parenting Teens Population meetings, including monthly planning sessions, quarterly coalition meetings, and policy development meetings.
• Manage meeting logistics: send invitations, prepare agendas, take attendance, document minutes, and upload materials to the P-drive (PREP)
• Site Visits and Compliance Monitoring
• Conduct site visits across districts and facilities to assess compliance, identify needs, and evaluate program impact.
• Prepare and submit site visit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Training Coordination

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
