The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 4 years of relevant design experience preferred , ideally across editorial, print, and digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, typography, grid systems, and accurate color management.
• Proven ability to create digital and social media designs , with knowledge of platform specifications and digital design best practices.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs accurately and develop effective visual solutions tailored to target audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and accuracy in delivering high-quality creative work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client projects and competing print and digital deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting colleagues and achieving shared objectives.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, ensuring timely delivery, clear progress updates, and consistent client satisfaction.
• Adaptability and openness to constructive feedback, new design tools, workflows, and evolving creative approaches.

Your Daily Tasks

Editorial & Print Design

• Produce high-quality editorial layouts for print publications, maintaining consistency with established brand standards and editorial objectives
• Finalize, pre-flight, and package artwork for print production, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and color specifications
• Refine publication templates and layout structures to streamline production and improve overall design efficiency

Digital Design & Social Media Content

• Create visually appealing social media graphics, digital banners, and promotional materials for various client campaigns
• Transform print-based creative concepts into digital assets while preserving brand identity across multiple platforms
• Review campaign performance insights and creative feedback to identify opportunities for improving digital design outcomes

Creative Operations & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with editors, art directors, and account managers to address creative challenges and enhance design workflows
• Organize creative files and maintain accurate version histories and shared asset libraries for easy team access
• Assist senior designers with broader agency projects and recommend improvements to creative processes and production methods

Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure 100% compliance with print production deadlines and technical requirements
• Complete digital design deliverables within campaign timelines while maintaining consistent visual standards
• Limit unnecessary revisions through clear interpretation of creative briefs and effective problem-solving
• Increase production efficiency by developing reusable templates and improving studio workflows
• Build positive working relationships through effective communication, teamwork, and reliable creative asset management
