Role Description

We are currently seeking publicity interns for our Fall/Winter 2026 Internship Program. The program will run late September through December. The length of the internship and hours can be adapted to fit the intern's schedule. This is a paid opportunity and we are happy to also help with course credit.

Job duties may include (not an exhaustive list):

• Writing and editing pitch letters and media guides
• Media research, for example podcasts, TV, newspapers, magazines, etc.
• Supporting with media pitching
• Attending and taking notes during client/author/publisher team calls
• Data entry and data management
• Market and genre research

Interns have the opportunity to work fully remote or on a hybrid schedule at our Cherry Hill, NJ office.
