About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Publisher Lead to expand our publisher network, improve traffic quality, optimize campaign performance, and achieve conversion, volume, and revenue targets.

Responsibility:

1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new publishers, affiliates, media buyers, content creators, and other traffic partners based on campaign requirements.

2. Develop publisher acquisition strategies based on advertiser objectives, target GEO, vertical, traffic source, and campaign KPI.

3. Conduct outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and activation of potential publishers.

4. Monitor publisher performance across key metrics such as clicks, conversion rate, EPC, CPA, GMV, revenue, ROI, and conversion volume.

5. Analyze publisher-level performance to identify growth opportunities, underperforming traffic sources, and optimization areas.

6. Develop optimization strategies to improve publisher conversion rates, traffic quality, revenue, and overall campaign performance.

7. Develop campaign scaling strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets

Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable optimization strategies.

2. Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including advertisers, publishers, affiliate networks, tracking platforms, commission models, attribution, and conversion funnels.

3. Proven ability to identify and scale high-performing publishers and traffic sources while managing underperforming or low-quality sources.

4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external publisher partners.
