- This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for publishers, from initial prospecting and developing sales pitch strategies through to deal negotiation and successful closure
- The individual will lead and own all aspects of publisher relationships, including executive-level meetings, business development discussions, contract negotiations, account planning, and long-term opportunity identification
- A key focus of the role is ensuring the overall success of premium publishers by overseeing onboarding, driving product adoption, supporting retention, and identifying opportunities for growth
- The role involves managing both new and existing publisher accounts to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations and KPIs, while acting as a trusted advisor by sharing expertise and recommending new opportunities to improve results
- A strong understanding of advertising technology, monetization strategies, revenue ecosystems, and publisher requirements is essential in order to identify upsell opportunities and effectively position And Beyond Medias products
- The individual will also be responsible for communicating valuable business intelligence and feedback from publishers to the product management team to support new product development and feature enhancements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical, as the role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams as well as clear, confident communication with external stakeholders
- Overall, this position plays a strategic role in building long-term partnerships, driving publisher success, and contributing to the growth and innovation of the business
