Reporting to the Managing Director of RBMedia International, and working closely with global content leadership, you will play a central role in defining what the business publishes in the UK, Australia, Germany and beyond. You will lead a talented international acquisitions team, build relationships with publishers, agents, authors and rights holders, and identify new opportunities that keep the business at the forefront of an ever-changing market.

With a catalogue spanning bestselling commercial fiction and award-winning titles W. F. Howes combines the agility of an entrepreneurial business with the backing, scale and ambition of RBmedia. We're looking for a commercially minded publishing leader with a strong track record in commercial fiction publishing, content acquisition, and team leadership. You'll bring deep industry relationships, experience in an international setting, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot opportunities ahead of the market.
