Publishing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Manage the publishing process from manuscript acquisition through editing, design, printing and publication
• Coordinate with authors, editors, translators, designers, printers and other external partners
• Manage publishing schedules, production timelines and project budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Support book launches, marketing activities and sales initiatives to maximise book performance
• Monitor sales and market trends and identify opportunities for new titles and publishing projects

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in publishing, media, content or project coordination
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently
