What they need

- Oversee the training and development of junior warehouse pickers, instilling best practices in efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize picking routes and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory movement and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Participate in the implementation of process improvements that reduce pick times and enhance operational effectiveness.
Pay: From Php540.00 per day
