Pulmonary Function Technologist

Role: Pulmonary Function Tech

Responsibilities:

• Perform pulmonary function tests and ensure accurate data collection for physician interpretation.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic equipment while adhering to safety and infection control standards.
• Prepare patients and provide education regarding procedures.
• Document test results accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, nurses, and physicians in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of pulmonary diagnostics and respiratory care procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Effective communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
