Pump and Controls Service Technician

We are looking for a Pump and Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing pumps, motors, PLC's, VFD's, motor controls and other related equipment. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and accurately, as well as provide timely and efficient repairs. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair pumps and related equipment.
• Electrical trouble shooting
• Control Panel Experence
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pump problems.
• Perform inspections of pumps and related equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Test pumps for performance and safety.
• Calibrate pumps to ensure accuracy.
• Clean Driving Record

Qualifications

• E & I and Mechanical knowledge
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in Programmable logic controllers
• Calibration and precision measuring instruments skills
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong maintenance and sensor troubleshooting abilities
• Previous electrical experience, especially in field service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
