Pump Installation Helper/General Laborer

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Water Well & Pump Assistant. This full-time position involves working outdoors year-round, with frequent opportunities for overtime. No prior experience is required—training will be provided to the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of water well drilling and pump installation, including servicing existing well systems, installing new systems, setting up job sites, and assisting with various aspects of drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in water well drilling operations
• Set up and prepare new job sites
• Install and service residential and commercial well systems
• Support maintenance and repair of existing water well systems
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Work closely with experienced technicians to learn all aspects of the trade

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Available to work Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities.
• Must be able to Pass Drug Screening & Pre-Employment Physical – Fit to Work.
• Valid and insurable CDL a must.
• DMV drivers record printout required.
• Must be able to have own transportation to and from work. Meet at our shop in Ventura, and drive to the job site with the team in a company truck.
• Must come to work in proper attire, including steel-toe boots and clean pants. Company supplies work shirts.
• Strong physical stamina (able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
