  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, feeler gauges, etc.)
  • Familiarity with mechanical seals, packing, bearings, and common pump failure modes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shop environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check / drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Goulds, Worthington, Flowserve, Sulzer, IMO, or similar industrial pump brands
  • Previous work in a rotating equipment repair shop or OEM service environment
  • Familiarity with API pump standards and common refinery/chemical plant applications
  • TWIC card or ability to obtain one

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Hands-on work with a wide variety of industrial pumps and rotating equipment
  • Opportunity to grow with a specialized Gulf Coast repair shop
  • Supportive team environment focused on quality and safety
