PUMP OPERATORS-SUPERVISOR

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·Operate and control pumps and auxiliary equipment to transfer liquids, gases or slurries.

·Start, stop and regulate pump systems according to operational schedules and requirements.

·Monitor pressure gauges, flow meters, and system indicator to ensure proper opration.

·Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper performance

·Identify and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions of pumps and associated equipment, and resolve them in a timely manner

·Participate in safety meetings with rig crew to ensure safe working conditions regarding pump down equipment.

·Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper equipment handling.

·Communicate with other team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure effective job execution

·Prepare reports of services rendered, equipment used and time required for billing purposes.

·Excellent Communication Skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition

·Excellent clerical and organization skills to keep track of crew and equipment

·Ability to multitask with different and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time

·Ability to rely information in a fast-pace environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·Valid CDL Driver’s license

·Eligible to work in the United States

·Pass the company’s drug screen and background check

·The position requires standing, walking and sitting while working in changing outdoor conditions.

·While working the job, will be required to lift/carry, push/pull, reach, squat, kneel and/or climb.

·Minimum of 5 years of oilfield experience

·High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
