Punching Mashine Operator -Production Engineering

• Operate CNC Punching Machines as per production requirements.
• Handle, load, unload and position raw materials properly.
• Set and operate the machine as per job requirements and production instructions.
• Understand basic machine settings, tools, dies and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks during the production process.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and production quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report major technical issues to the maintenance team.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize material wastage.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace housekeeping.
• Follow 5S, safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other team members for smooth production.
• Maintain discipline and follow all shop-floor instruction

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
