Works according to production plans and inspection times. Knows about the overall functioning of the machine but is not able to repair or maintain it. Keeps records of all processes in the established formats. Checks and inspects incoming and finished parts in terms of quality and polishes the edges when needed. Is responsible for meeting cleaning and 5´s requirements for the entire area, including machines. Has to be aware of the security risk within the area and meet all security requirements before starts working. Level 1 does simple operations such as cuts. Level 2 is able to do more complicated activities such as inlays and bridges. Level 3 can do any operation including extrusion, countersinking and the laser machine. Level 4. Sets up, checks, calibrates and does preventive maintenance and adjustments in any punching machine. Knows all the necessary tools for all types of punching and sequences. Interprets guidelines and designs for the development of each piece. Also functions as the team leader. May require additional certification/education/training at this level.
