1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment (punch/laser machines) with little to no supervision. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in accordance with operating procedures
• Set up NC punch machine per customer specifications (dimensions, tolerances and spacing)
• Install the appropriate punches and adjust height appropriately
• Configure proper settings on control console
• Place tools in specified stations
• Locate dies, punches and clamps. Verify locations with calipers
