Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in procurement, preferably in plastic or packaging manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure PP granules, PP sheets, HDPE components, foam, fasteners, adhesives, consumables, and machinery spares.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality teams.
• Develop suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor inventory, control purchasing costs, and resolve supplier quality issues.
• Verify invoices and maintain purchase records and MIS reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
• 25 years of purchasing experience, preferably in plastics or packaging.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/purchase systems. Advantage.

Industry Preference:
