Purchase Analyst- SAP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, including creation, updates, and closure.
• Maintain purchasing data in SAP, including Incoterms, payment terms, and contract updates.
• Support supplier price list updates and part cost breakdown management.
• Prepare RPA files for automated price updates as per SOPs.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and blocked supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, finance, logistics, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations and support process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP ECC Mandatory
• Advanced MS Excel: Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting.
• MS PowerPoint and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or data management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to RPA, automation, and process improvement.
