Job Description – Purchase & Admin Executive

Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: Around ₹40,000 per month
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase of chemicals, materials and other requirements for NFC and related operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement.
• Manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices and related documentation.
• Ensure timely availability of required materials and chemicals.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, inventory and vendor details.
• Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative requirements related to procurement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of chemical procurement and industrial requirements.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates slightly above or below the experience/salary range may also be considered based on suitability.

Salary: Around ₹50,000/month (flexible for the right candidate)
