We are looking for a assistant Purchase & Cost Controller, minimum 1 -2 years experience F&B filed,

• Manage daily purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Source products and obtain competitive quotations.
• Monitor purchase prices and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records.
• Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor wastage, consumption, and stock variances.
• Prepare cost-control reports and analysis.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Operations, and Accounts teams.
• Maintain proper purchasing and inventory documentation.
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to control costs and improve purchasing efficiency.
