Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Dispatch Manager with a strong background in chemical trading/manufacturing, automobile, agriculture, or related industrial sectors. The candidate will manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and timely dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase planning, stock positioning, and material requirements.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Accounts, and Transporters.
• Manage daily dispatch planning and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain purchase, stock, and dispatch records in SAP/ERP.
• Prepare purchase, inventory, and dispatch reports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Purchase / Procurement & Dispatch.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Confident communication with suppliers and transporters.

Language Requirements

• Marathi Fluent
• Hindi Fluent
• English Good professional communication skills.

Working Hours

10:00 AM 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
