Hiring Purchase & Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. *Vendor Management:* Obtain quotations, compare prices and follow up for timely material delivery.

2. *Inventory Management:* Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods stock records.

3. *Purchase Coordination:* Raise material requisitions based on production requirements and management approval.

4. *Interplant Coordination:* Coordinate material availability and transfers between plants.

5. *GRN & Reporting:* Prepare GRNs and track pending orders, shortages and deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

• Technical understanding

• Strong follow-up and communication skills.

• Good numerical and calculation skills.

• Intermediate MS Excel and Word.

• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.

• Manufacturing or purchase coordination experience preferred.
