Purchase and procurement Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials at the best possible cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
• Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate effectively
• Create and process purchase orders as per requirements
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid operational delays
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (stores, accounts, operations)
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
