About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase & Procurement professional to manage material procurement, vendor coordination, inventory requirements, and purchase operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP and MDG portals, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate with planning and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely daily arrangement of Glass, Mesh, GI, and Plastic components.
• Arrange and manage packing materials as per production requirements.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors.
• Obtain PO approvals through SAP and follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage critical orders.
• Manage vendor relationships, development, and performance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports related to procurement and material management.
• Handle AMC discussions and approval procedures for Compressors, DG, and UPS.
• Maintain and update Material and Vendor Master Data (MDG).
• Support costing activities and procurement cost analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and project execution.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchase and procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MDG Portal.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership and team management abilities.
• Hands-on experience in project management.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
