Purchase & Supply - Trainee

Matterbay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our Procurement team as Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to procurement, international logistics, and supply chain operations within the aviation and engineering sectors. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in sourcing technical products, managing procurement processes, and supporting global supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of engineering and technical products.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

• Participate in material analysis, categorization, and procurement planning activities.

• Assist in managing international logistics transactions and global supply chain operations.

• Support international shipping documentation and business transactions.

• Contribute to techno-commercial procurement activities within the aviation industry.

• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports using ERP systems and MS Office applications.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
