1. Procurement Support:

   • Assist in the procurement process by researching potential suppliers and vendors.
   • Collect and analyze quotations, proposals, and bids from various sources.

2. Vendor Communication:

   • Communicate with vendors to obtain product information, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules.
   • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

3. Order Processing:

• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely submission to suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm order requirements and specifications.
