Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely availability of materials required for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.

Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

Obtain quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability.

Coordinate with accounts, stores, and other departments.

Evaluate vendor performance and maintain good supplier relationships.

Ensure purchases meet required quality and cost standards.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / B.Com preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase.

FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.

Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
