PURCHASE ASSISTANT

Position: Purchase Assistant

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Experience in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with suppliers
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily purchasing and procurement activities
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and pricing
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Follow up on pending orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing requirements
