Purchase Associate

• Vendor Management: Research potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate the best prices and delivery terms.
• Order Processing: Create purchase orders (POs), coordinate internal approvals, and forward documents to finance or accounting.
• Tracking & Delivery: Follow up with vendors to monitor shipment status and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
• Inventory Monitoring: Check stock levels, flag shortages, and update internal databases with quantities and costs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain updated files of invoices, contracts, and delivery receipts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, inventory control, or administrative support.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel) and procurement or ERP software.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, clear communication, and meticulous attention to
