Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of bids/tenders on GeM and CPPP platforms.
• Evaluation of bidder documents related to procurement cases.
• Preparation of office notes and procurement-related documentation.
• Preparation of comparative statements and evaluation sheets.
• Preparation and processing of purchase proposals.
• Coordination and interaction with all stakeholders, including user groups, vendors, finance, and management.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable procurement rules, policies, and procedures.
• Any other procurement-related work assigned by the competent authority.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Mandatory:

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of GFR 2017 and procurement manuals/guidelines issued by the Department of Expenditure.

2. Desirable Experience:

• Government / PSU / Autonomous Body procurement
• GeM procurement processes
• CPPP tendering
• Single-bid and two-bid tendering systems
• Techno-commercial and financial evaluation
• Contract management and vendor coordination
• E-Office and ERP/MIS systems

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of ERP/MIS platforms.
• Good drafting and documentation skills.
• Understanding of office procedures and filing systems.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Qualification

• Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management.
