Purchase

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, furniture, fixtures, and other project requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and availability
• Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
• Coordinate with site coordinators and designers to understand material requirements
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Check received materials for quantity and quality

✅ Requirements:

• Good knowledge of construction/interior materials preferred
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and vendor management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to compare quotations and manage costs
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
• Previous experience in purchasing/interior field preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
