Purchase Coordinator

• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and verify order details.
• Create and process Sales Orders in D365 based on approved customer POs.
• Ensure pricing, quantity, delivery schedules, and commercial terms match customer requirements.
• Generate invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure billing activities comply with company policies and GST regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales teams for order confirmations, amendments, and clarifications.
• Follow up with customers regarding order changes, pending approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Track deliveries and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, billing, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary for timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications.
• Prepare and update order status reports and MIS as required.
• Basic understanding of Order Management and Billing processes.
• Knowledge of GST invoicing and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Problem-solving and issue-resolution mindset.
