Purchase Coordinator

Position: Purchase Coordinator

Location: Sarigam (Bhilad Railway station)
Qualification: B.Com Graduate
Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchase Department in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Prepare and maintain purchase-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely procurement.
• Maintain and update purchase data in MS Excel.
• Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and updated procurement records.
• Perform data analysis and prepare MIS reports as required.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchase documents.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com Graduate from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement or a similar role.
• Candidates with strong Excel skills and exposure to SAP/ERP will be preferred.
• Candidates residing in or around Sarigam(Bhilad Railway), Gujarat will be preferred.
• Should be proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹131,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
