Purchase Document Controller – Unger Steel Fabrication FZE

Unger Steel Fabrication FZE is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Purchase Document Controller to join our Purchase Department. You will manage all purchasing documentation and keep orders, suppliers and contracts properly tracked and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, register, store and distribute purchase documents such as requisitions, drawings, specifications, contracts and reports
• Track and monitor requisitions, purchase orders and contract documents
• Maintain supplier records, including qualification and re-evaluation, the approved vendor list, screening, due diligence, audit records, insurances, contracts, quality documents and licenses
• Follow up on order deliveries and make sure documents meet the required ordering standards
• Prepare registers and tracking reports

Requirements

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Fast, accurate typing
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in document control or procurement, ideally in steel fabrication, construction or manufacturing, is a plus
