Purchase Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase of raw materials, components, tools and consumables.
• Identify and develop new vendors/suppliers.
• Send RFQs and collect quotations.
• Compare prices, negotiate and finalize suppliers.
• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Quality departments.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details and MIS.
• Monitor material availability and inventory requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
