Purchase Engineer

• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for engineering materials, components, and spare parts.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with vendors for pending orders.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Stores team to avoid material shortages.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
• Resolve issues related to material quality, delivery delays, and invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and approval procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
