Purchase Engineer

Order Processing: Create, collate, and process purchase orders (POs) and request for quotations under the guidance of senior staff.

Vendor Communication: Regularly follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, pending back-orders, and damaged goods.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of engineering consumables and update ERP/SAP databases to prevent stock-outs.

Documentation: Maintain organized files of supplier contracts, delivery receipts, and invoices, forwarding payment requests to the accounts department.

Core Skills & Qualifications Required

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (for senior roles)

Technical Knowledge: Basic ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.

Software: Word processors - MS word/Google Docs., email & scheduling (MS outlook/Gmail, data entry & typing high accuracy decent typing speed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
