Role: Manage procurement of civil and interior construction materials, vendor coordination, quotation comparison, price negotiation, Purchase Orders (POs), and timely site delivery.
Key Skills:
Vendor sourcing & management
Price negotiation & cost control
Quotation comparison
Purchase Order preparation
Material delivery follow-up
MS Excel & purchase documentation
Coordination with project/site, stores & accounts teams
Material Knowledge: Cement, sand, aggregates, blocks, tiles, marble, granite, gypsum, plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, paint, electrical, plumbing, glass, aluminum and other construction/interior materials.
Preferred: Graduate/Diploma with experience in civil construction, interior, or commercial project procurement.
