Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve cost savings.
• Procurement Process: Generate purchase orders, process requisitions, and track orders from initiation to delivery.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure delivered products meet company specifications and quality standards.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and pricing changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a purchasing officer, agent, or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP,).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
