Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Source and procure materials from vendors

* Prepare and process purchase orders

* Compare quotations and negotiate pricing

* Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries

* Maintain purchase records and documentation

* Coordinate with Stores, Finance, Production, and other departments

* Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment

* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

* Ensure compliance with procurement policies

* Travel to different cities and states as required (company-sponsored travel)

Preferred candidate profile

* Fresher to 1 year experience in Purchase / Procurement

* Knowledge of vendor management and quotation comparison preferred

* Willing to travel for work
