- SOURCING & EVALUATE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE BASED ON QUALITY, COST, DELIVERY AND SERVICE
- TO ENSURE PURCHASE ORDER ISSUED ACCORDING TO PURCHASE SPECIFICATION , PRICE , QUANTITY, QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES.
- TO MONITOR DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND ENSURE ALL GOODS RECEIVED MEET SPECIFICATION.
- ASSIST ON SEEKING RELIABLE SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE ON-TIME DELIVERIES AND WORK CLOSELY WITH WAREHOUSE/STORE.
- FEEDBACK AND FOLLOW UP ON THE ISSUES REGARDING UNQUALIFIED QUALITY, SHORTAGE AND CLAIM WITH SUPPLIER.
- FORECAST SUPPLY AND DEMAND TO PREVENT OVERSTOCKING AND RUNNING OUT OF STOCK.
- WORK WITHIN BUDGET CONSTRAINTS TO OPTIMIZE PURCHASING DECISIONS AND CONTROL COSTS.
- CULTIVATE AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE A RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAIN.
- WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY/ MONTHLY REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT
- SUBMIT WARRANTY CLAIM TO SUPPLIERS
