Purchase Executive

Purchase Executive Fire & Plumbing / MEPJob Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase activities for Fire Fighting, Plumbing & MEP materials.
• Verify purchase indents as per BOQ, specifications, stock, and project requirements.
• Source quotations from vendors and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Finalize vendors and prepare, verify, and release Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with Site, Project, Store, Engineering, and Accounts teams.
• Verify materials received and coordinate for GRN and invoice processing.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and pending PO tracking.
• Identify new vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
