Purchase Executive

• Any Graduate / BBA / MBA (preferred in Supply Chain or Operations)
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management

We are looking for a Purchase Executive in Chennai with 1 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotes
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders and GRNs
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and other departments
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Familiarity with purchase software (Tally, ERP, etc.)

• Good in MS Excel and report generation

• Time management and problem-solving abilities

• 18,000 to 30,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
